I have a 2004 RX8 and i am wanting to sell it. I attend college and was planing on repairing my car during the semester, however i dont have enough time to proceed with the repairs. I have replaced the bothe fenders and the bumper support and the bumper. I have also purchased a new wiring harness for it because it ws cheaper than just buying the pigtails to replace the few plugs that are broken. I also have the radiator that is needed, a new bumper and cold air intake system. I would love to get out what i have in it which is around $11,000 dollars but i am willing to negotiate price. The car has only around 30,000 miles on it also. once again i am only selling it because i dont have the time to finish it. this would be a great car for anyone who has the time and knows how to work on the RX8.

 

sounds interesting man, but you need to put up a price on the car, forum rules. Also it might help to post up some pictures of the car and also where your located.

 

He did say 11k/negotiable (or maybe that's how much he put into it?)... but alas, location and pics (preferably with a hot girl) would help.

I would like to get $11,000 out of it and i am from the Kansas City area also here are some pics. In the pic of the door i have pulled the dent out but i also purchased a new door to replace it in case i wasnt happy with the way the pull turned out.

 

How is the title, is it salvage? salvage rebuilt...or is it ok.
is the motor ok besides the wiring harness.

it is a salvage title and the engine wasnt touched in the wreck befoe i tore it down i got it to start up but stoped immediatley because one of the oil coolers was damaged and oil was leaking out.

 

Do you have all the receipts for all the body parts you have bought, since it is salvage and those are needed to get the car inspected and approved.

 

yes all the recipts are kept and have been filed safely.
