Hey all, I've decided that I'm going to buy an RX-8 for my next car; I am hoping to buy sometime in the next few months.

I'm looking for an '05 or '06 manual transmission model with the GT or Shinka package. (I really want the following features: traction control / stability control for the snow, keyless entry & start, leather or Shinka-suede, and sunroof/moonroof; that's why I'm looking at the upper end.)

Preferred colors: black or white exterior, black interior. (Obviously any Shinkas are also considered.)

Mileage is not as much of a concern as the overall condition of the vehicle.

I'm located in Minnesota and our used selection is rather pitiful, but I'm not really willing to travel a long distance to find what I want...

Feel free to respond to this thread with your options!

 

Okay, so a little revision here:

1) I am willing to drive or have shipped a significant distance to obtain the right car.
2) I am open to other colors besides black and white.

 

I have a 05 GT. Its got all the options you were talking about, other than the Shinka package. It's Titanium Gray though, I don't know if you're interested in that color. I also have a set of winter rims for it. I live in St. Paul, let me know if you are interested and we can meet up sometime. Oh yea, about 22,000 miles on it. I'm looking to buy a house, that's the only reason I'm considering selling it.

1) My color preference goes: Black, White, Copper Red, Galaxy Grey, Phantom Blue, Nordic Green.
2) I'll consider any color except for Lightning Yellow, Sunlight Silver or Titanium Grey (sorry, Hightshoe!)

hey i might have just what your looking for...i have a 2005 white 6 spd manual with every option but navigation. it has black leather interior...the apearance package rear valence and sideskirts... a brand-new Corksport Power Series exhaust...and full tint(35%/5%). Its in very good condition with about 26,000 miles.

 

I just listed my 2006 Shinka FS. If you are interested, you can find all the specifics in that thread, but it has less than 5K miles on it as it sits now.
