Few Questions about OEM wheels etc.

Hey I know theyres probably huge amounts of threads already about this, but im kinda new to the whole buying tires thing, so i just have a couple questions.

1. what are the width of the stock 18 inch wheels. 8 inch, 9 inch? im not sure. And also, are they the same front and rear, or are they different.

2. Can you fit 245 size tires on the wheels if theyre 8 inches?

thanks everyone.

i would personally go with toyo T1R's because they handle great and I can get them for a reasonable price from my local tire guy but if its between the three you can't go wrong with the Michelins

My buddy has a Subaru 2.5RS Impreza coupe and he ran the contisport 3's for a while and they worked great but they were really noisy tires, he converted to toyos after he burned those up and the handling difference is amazing as well as the tires are much quieter

I have that size for my winter tires (Hankook Icebears) on OEM 18's. They work fine, but are just a bit smaller than stock. They'll read about 2.2% faster than you are actually going.
