This event is not a competition. It is a place where you can watch the races, enjoy the food, park in a designated area, have access to the paddock area, and enjoy the company of other Mazda folks.

Correct me if i'm wrong Kev but this event actually overlaps with the Rolex Series running of LimeRock. The tickets they mention for the race's are for that series and I believe another series that piggybacks if you will offa the Rolex Series. Myself I'm looking into funds to go see this atleast the Rolex Race itself which has the Speed Source car and Roar Racing Rx-8's!!!! I hate my boss for cutting my hours its putting a serious hinderance on my summer planning

Kev:

I am unsure if this event piggybacks the Rolex Race. I am going to let Bob, one of the folks putting on the event from the Nutmeg Miata club answer that one.

When I went last year it was a Spec Miata race and a GT class race. This event is great fun, bring foldy chairs and ice!

Well if its the Rolex Race I may be able to get tickets through my work. Kodak is our Photo sponsor which also sponsors a car in the series so who knows I may or may not luck out. I asked our Regional Head about it today (for general sports car racing events) and he said he'd look into it and the best way to find out is to ask (which I did hehe) so if all else I' may luck out with from free tix's to Nascar when they come to NH hehehe. Might be Nascar but damnit can't beat free.

Oh and I'm hoping my hours will be increasing soon so I can afford to go to this event!!!!

The Mazdas at LimeRock event is only Monday. However, there are races going on all weekend @ LimeRock.

ALL - if you are driving to this event tomorrow (Monday) morning. PLEASE READ. There will be a pretty big caravan of folks heading down in the morning. Here is the plan

If you live in close proximity to Boston, MA:

People will be meeting @ my condo in Auburndale, MA @ 7am. If you want to join the caravan from here, PM me or email jlgraham02@hotmail.com. We are leaving my condo @ 7:15am ON THE NOSE!!! If you can make it here by that time, choose option 2

Option 2, for those that can't take option 1 or don't live in close proximity to Boston:

There is a second meeting place which is the Westborough Service/Rest stop on the Mass pike westbound. This stop is about 2 miles past the I-495 interchange on the mass pike going westbound. We are meeting on the left side of the gas pumps. We will be leaving that location towards Lime Rock between 7:45am and 8am. At that time we will be joining up with a caravan of Miata's coming down from NH. Due to this, we need to be there on time and depart on time.

If you plan to participate in either of these caravans, please PM or email me so I can have an accurate count. As always, Motorola radios are suggested so we can communicate.
