For the RX-8 Enthusiast - move forces sale
The company I work for is transferring me to another Country, and as a result I am forced to part with my daily driver since July 2003 when she was bought new. She has 50k miles, being a Winning Blue GT 6-speed with 6 CD Changer. The only item not ordered was Navigation.

It has received an oil filter & oil change every 2,500 miles, and has been serviced by the Mazda dealership I pre-ordered it from. I have all records & original components which will transfer to new owner. Within the 1st year there was a CEL, and the Mazda dealership corrected with a PCM re-flash. There have been no other unscheduled service or issues with her.
She has been upgraded with the newer faster Starter, and the latest emissions recall. It will be a very sad day when sold, but an equally grand day for the new owner. No wrecks, and garaged kept. 10,000 miles left on factory warranty.

There have been some PM's with good questions, so thought I'd share them for the benefit of others who might be interested ---
The price quoted is fair, and unless you can prove the need to sell at a reduced price, the quoted price stands
This ride is rattle-free
The dealership performed the every 5k mile service, I would change the oil & filter in-between, so the oil & filter was changed every 2,500 miles.
The car has sit for 25 days and there was no issue with the battery, or starting the car. It does have the higher amperage battery that was part of the new faster starter package.
The dealer offered full warranty service with all the modifications listed without issue, which included the free 50,000 mile service for mis-representing the horsepower rating on the early 2004's.
This weekend will begin the process of making this ride known beyond the RX-8 Club.

I'm thinking about getting an 8 within 1/2 year. Can you shoot me some pics? Me and the wife are going to test drive one next weekend and if I could convince her, we might buy it sooner (She currently likes the new Lexus IS body).

I will let you know after this weekend or next how interested I am. I'm going out to look locally as soon as my car gets back to stock and see what is around here. honestly you have about 15,000 more miles than I have been looking at though.
