Dan and I both happened to be in the same place on the same weekend, but as far as I know I was #1 on the list anyways (my post was made much later than my PM/email)

Dan told me someone local was #1, then Wescott, figured you were the #3. I did not know Reno was local to TX.

 

I still have a house there, went back to try and prepare to move/sell soon, work has been so crazy that I hadn't been able to get back and begin dealing with it until now

I know what that is like, well not the work part, I have a house in AZ that has been empty for 9 months. I hope to have it on the market in the next 30 days.
