no, but he likes to prepare for any situation. So in case he finds out he has a kid, he'll be able to drive them around in the 8.

LMFAO! i love it! I thought it was gonna be a racing seat in your 8. At first I thought it looked a little too padded, but then I saw that it was a childs seat. I've got a young one of my own and those are rated for 20lbs so I'm gonna pick one up myself.

Make sure you get an infant car seat. That Recaro one is a convertable and starts at 18 lbs. My son is just a couple pounds shy of that so I'm waiting before I order mine.

yeah, you actually have to wait until 1 year to have them forward facing. my son has to wait two more months before he gets to use his.
