That's funny, the EVO will launch from a standstill fast, but I really don't think it will BLOW away an RX8 from 70mph.

The RX guys probably didn't push as hard also they probably didn't downshift properly.

I love race stories cause they make me laugh, who the hell knows for sure if the guy you are "racing" is even trying? If you don't talk to them after it's all guess work.

Oh another thing, I found odd, they were saying at 70mph they have to shift into 4th as it is pretty much redline for 3rd? Crap that sucks, at 70mph it wold be RIGHT in the sweet spot for 3rd on the RX8.

P.S. A decked out 6 is pretty nice looking.

 

I don't think his story was real life, I think it was on his Playstation, but still nice of him to share it with the outside world while the rest of us have a life.
