you sure about that? from their own website, the used base units go for 22,000 pounds = $45,000 USD.

They list a used supercharged (300 hp) unit for 38,000 pounds, or $75,000. That's USED pricing...

They said a Civic Type-R engine, K20A I'm assuming.

When I first saw that episode, I had to change my pa.... gotta go change my pants again.....

 

lame thing is about it, if its your daily driver, can't drive it when it rain even in L.A.

 

There are also Ariel Atoms made in the US, in Oregon I think, They us the GM Ecotec, which is also an option in the UK. They can be certified for street use here if your state DMV is lenient, but I still would not want to drive one on the street.

 

The fastest one is a supercharged K20Z3. They also offer a few different Ecotec's with VVT. A supercharged K20 is a dream.
