Hey guys, which shops do you trust in houston with your rotary engines?

Are there any experts in houston that are capable of doing serious HP mods on the rotary engine? I know in florida there is that guy who is swapping in 20B's. Houston have any people like that? or people with experience in rebuilding/porting/etc to the 13B.
