Does anyone know if Trussville Mazda will ship to Canada?

 

Phone them! If you can afford the 8, surely you can afford the phone call.

 

I've been thinking the same thing. They have good prices, the strakes in particular compared to Canada pricing is a great deal.

I haven't called yet as I am waiting to buy the strakes (probably next summer). I'm hoping they will ship and mark "gift". Make sure they ship regular mail not UPS as UPS charges stupid border fees.

 

Hey guys, I spoke with Trussville Mazda yesterday and they will not mail any accessories to Canada because of problems in the past. So, the only way we can get these accessories here is have them shipped by UPS. I'm not sure if there is a duty/border charge?

 

Call Peter Pickering at Mountain Mazda in Hamilton. He is the General Manager there and will give you a 15% discount on accessories if you say you're from the RX-8 forum. Mountain Mazda's phone number is 1-800-663-8571.

 

That bites....

I'm not sure what "problems" US companies always have! This is standard excuse. If you use UPS you are guaranteed to get hit with a $50 "fee". Not worth it.
