So we are going to do this meet on Feb 17, 2007 @ 2:30 PM.

The show starts at 4:00 PM so meeting at 2:30 PM will give us some time to hang out before the show and have a drink with one another and have some fun. I'm sure Chrism will be a great form of entertainment for the evening.

A Group Rate of 15 or more people is $44.95 plus tax/tip so we should figure $55.00 per person. Once we have a guaranteed 15 People we can go ahead and book for the group rate and keep adding as more people register.

Is there someone that could collect the money and handle the payment for this meet? I would suggest we Paypal the money to a responsible party and when they receive the first 15 we can go ahead and book. I am also going to open this meet up to the Mazda6Club forums so please make it available for anybody else you'd like to bring.

Prepaid is how long in advance?? It's far enough in advance to send the responsible party money orders or checks for the appropriate amount. Then the responsible party can pay within the deadline of "in advance". Just my 2 cents.

 

I'm a probably. I'd like to carpool with Shinks if that's possible... Lemme know how we are paying. that actually puts 2 more on the list, but i gotta make sure before i make it a positive "yes"
