If english is your second language, as is mine, then your writing should not suffer only your speaking. I know of several people who cannot speak english well but write beautifully. This is because in other countries english is taught by reading and writing, not by hearing. So spelling is done perfectly it is just the annunciation that may be challenged since they do not hear english proper. Race has nothing to do with cognitve articulation. Birth defects and learning disorders do! Thus, you are RETARDED. You illogically connect your discontinuous syntax with race. Maybe you are the one who is racist? Someone else mentioned French Canada, not me. So reread my post and sign up for a 3rd grade level of reading comprehension and compository writing.
