I'll drink to that one

Just getting a point across how silly it is to ask that

By the way should I buy a cat or a dog for Christmas?

And I think this is a good valid question to ask.........

Personnally I don't like them........ but may get some for tracking purposes.

I would prefer spinnners myself over those on the street

hell did I have enough to drink yet? ................ ah ther we go!

AH! WHEELS...lol, I wasn't even thinking about that. I like those actually. Size? go with what you think...however you really can't tell a visual difference between 18s and 19s if those are the sizes you were wanting. As for off setting, there are actually several posts about this that could be helpful. Run a search, and I'm sure it'll pop up

ignore the douche bags....

good-win-racing is the place to get them

18x9.5 +45

275/35/18 on all 4

I use them on the track and the street. some people don't like they way they look on a street car, but i prefer the no nonsense look it gives the car.

he's not asking if he should buy them. he's asking about the specs people are running.

for some reason i believe you would run spinners....

oh here is your mod list you have posted on your profile:

".....RB front & rear sway bars with RB end links, RB exhaust, RB intake, RB Revi RAM Air Duct,RE Ameyna Front, RB kilts & rear flares, RB Radiator & Oil screens, Clear Corners, Strakes, side B pillar, RX8 trunk & custom floor mats with interior lighting. AFE short shifter, dark tint windows, Rotara slotted front rotors, Cryogenic treated front rotors, Porterfield brakes, Rotary stem caps, Kumho ESTCA MX 245/40x18 on 7.5 M20 MKW wheels & more!, Secret Weapon unveiled soon
KW Variant 3 Coilovers....."

Strakes....custom floor mats....interior lighting....dark tint windows....rotary stem caps.... who really list crap like that?!

you said you would never run the rpf1 on the street, but might get them for a track wheel, cause of the way they look? For some reason I get the impression that you aren't even a "track kind of guy".

these are the wheels you listed as having on your car and you are hating on the rpf1?!?!?!? Please tell me you're joking!!!! So you went 0.5" narrower than OEM? BLING BLING BABY!

I'm actually thinking about getting these. I think they look great. Just look at moostafa's and scsi's car. Plus they are very light weight and will definetly help in performance, on or off the track.

Speeddemon and I both have them for autocross...they are light, great looking, and the custom fitment offered through Goodwin Racing fit beautifully. I saw a guy at SS9 with 19 inch versions...those looked nice as well. Very similar ot the new 7-double spoked Volks.

I agree 18x9.5 +45 275/35/18 is the ultimate setup.

We have a forum "Killer special" on these wheels. The ad can be seen here if you're interested.

for street tires the hot setup with these wheels is 265/35-18 Yokohama Advan Neova AD07 tires, same in 285/30-18 if you don't mind flattening the rear wheel well lip extension and can live with the speedometer reading a bit high due to an effective gear ratio improvement, there's a 295/30-18 size too but no confirmation on whether they fit without further mods

next best alternative is the Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R in 265/35-18.

All the 275/35-18 tires are slower ...

EDIT: I define street tire as 140 or higher treadwear rating
