Have an 04 8.

When in 6th gear and turn the cruise on around 60mph it doesn't work. Gear down into 5th and it works fine. All other gears it works no problem, only 6th.

Any insight on this problem before I take it to the dealer?

 

Sounds like it is busted to me. Should work in 6th at 60MPH. Mine works in 6th.

i use my at 20 mph and up, on 6th gear, and i love it!! specialy if am in traffic and we are going 20 mph!!!

 

So not a common problem then. Great always me.

Plus driving home tonight a fricken rock hit the bumper and hood and chipped the paint. Had to hit right in between the 2.

 

Get used to it. Mazda paint is not known for its impact durability.

Get the touch up paint and find a good touch up paint kit/process and enjoy.
