Doesn't look bad at all. Still have qualms about driving a Hyundai though, and it's not because of reliability or build quality or anything it's just I'd get laughed at if I said I drove a Hyundai. Not going to work. Especially since my best friend has an 05 Roush Mustang supercharged and whatnot...wait what am I saying? I have an 8. I'd never want to buy this car.

It's got a little Aston Martin-ish look to it, but overall the styling is original.

Had I not driven a friend's Hyundai to move it around a parking lot, I might actually look at one. That car was the ONLY car that I've EVER had trouble parking. I simply COULD NOT get that thing into the lines - took me like 3 swings because the radius was all wacky and when I was done I was still all sideways in the spot. Bleh, not a car I want to drive.

I like Hyundais, especially the Sonata for a sedan (kicks the crap outta Camrys and Accords). I do like the new styling on the Tibouron but without an engine upgrade I still wouldn't buy it. It's just so underpowered

Ive got one (05) in the driveway, it accents the 8 fairly nicely. Awesome car. Better than a honda and cheaper too.

Dont knock it til youve tried it, just because you dont like the name doesnt mean it sucks.

Shouldn't it be be faster being fairly light with a 2.7 V6? Some compare the Renesis to a 2.7 V6 but the 8 is faster and about the same weight.

IMO it looks cheap. Wouldn't touch it.

No Dice: no offense...seriously, just not my preference.

Not a bad looking refresh, but is it me or does the lower grill doesn't really flow with the rest of the front end?

i'll take the models over that car any day... looks like the designers forcibly morphed a dodge neon with a ford focus right after watching a commercial for a mitsubishi eclipse...

i like last year's model better.
this looks like kind of a cross between the first year and last year and i never liked the first year's styling.

i had a 98 tib for 4 urs b4 i got the 8, thaqt tib was my first car. it wasnt so bad, despite the NO repsect from other people, it ran fine. only prob i had that wasnt my fault was a leaky upper radiator hose and a broken trunk switch. both fixed for a few bucks.

dont knock that 2.7l v6, its weak bc it isnt tuned a lot. a rmemeber the aem cai kit makin over 14 to the wheels improvement. the engine just needed to be opened up a lot and itd be a lot better.

it all comes down to money..........and emissions

all in all ill wait for the new comeplete redo when they make a rwd coupe. wont even be called tiburon if i recall

If I'd ever buy a hyundai, that would be the one, just based on looks alone. Looks great from the front, but is it just me or does it look really heavy and bulky in the botton picture? I like the design anyway. Hopefully that thing comes to reality soon. I remember seeing an article on that car awhile back and if I remember correctly that thing is supposed to have in the neighborhood of 300 HP. Not sure what exactly the engine was though. Hopefully that thing is not just a concept that never makes it to production. But for my next car, the ball is in Mazdas court right now. I'd love to buy another Mazda, but it has to be an RX-8 with more power, RX-7, or Kabura (depending on what ends up under the hood). If there is no info before that Hyundai comes out, it will likely be near the top of my list.
