i came across a set of racing heart c5's that at 19 inches by 9.5 would those fit in a 8's??? i know there big but i was just wondering.

 

You'll need more info than that lol
Every wheel co. is different when it comes to off sets. Call them and ask just to be on the safe side. I would stay in the 45-50-38mm off set range. EDIT:Winter is coming up so look out for that ice/snow! Off sets look cool but dont do **** for you in the winter. Look into winter tires

Well you never know. Thats why I moved to Las Vegas NV. But we get snow here and I have a feeling we're going to get snow this year too
