I just went to install some T13 wedge based bulbs that fit 194s in my map lights. It seems like these are too big, and they wouldnt fit in the housing.

has anyone else had this problem? do i have to return them to superbrightleds.com and get other bulbs?

 

the big wedge bulbs will not fit in the spacing because of the reflector. unless you are willing to bend the reflectors to get the lights to fit.

 

i'd just send em back, or maybe use them in the courtesy lights or trunk light...

 

Trust me guys....i have them in my 8 and went right in

 

The ones i got seemed to big too. I don't know some guys with the same count of led's said they fit will mine would not go. I ended up dremeling the reflector a little bit to allow them to fit.
