Hi all,
I lost my mother last July and she dearly loved her RX-8. I'm trying to find it a good home and found this forum. I know there's an enthusiast following so it feels like I should be able to find someone through these boards that will love her car at least as much as she did. Here are some details. It's a white 2005 2d with 52,322 miles on it. Automatic with paddles. Only ever dealer serviced, and I have all the receipts. It has some minor body dings and unfortunately a dash cracked from the Texas sun (I'm in Houston), it has a busted rear right tail-light casing, and the interior is clear but needs a good clean. It also has a faulty transmission sensor, which from my understanding is cheap to fix, but sits really closely to something else very expensive to fix and easily broken while trying to replace the transmission sensor, so it never got replaced. Oh, the vehicle was 95% ever used for a ~5 mile work commute, and has never been on a serious road trip of any kind. I think that includes everything (?)

In any case, it was very loved, so hoping to find it a good home! Here are some pics:

sorry for your loss but the 10k asking price is too high imo. the 4port 4spd auto with standard suspension/brakes is the least desirable 8. this doesnt include the body work needed or other various issues. on top of that a 5mi commute isnt really good for a car like these. glws
