Taken every 5k miles to John Hine Mazda in San Diego. Just taken to Mazda to prepare for sale: engine passed compression with low 7's and very even wear on all rotors, coils and wires tested fine, and spark plugs changed. 70k service should just need oil and air filter.
Clean title, clean inside, clean outside with minor urban wear. Beautiful Chrystal White pearl finish. Oil was checked every 2nd gas fill. Never tracked, fully stock, and been in San Diego ever since it was built in Hiroshima Japan.

5k oil changes are fine with the right weight and good quality oil. But since it was dealer serviced, they likely used bargain barrel 5W-20.
But none of that matters, low 7's on compression is close to failing and 2017 will the year the extended engine warranty runs out.
