Rare setup for sale..
Needing to sell to fund a new engine and some other parts to get the car back on the road.


New powder coated finish.
Blower upgraded from 1.7 to 2.1
Blower was inspected and checked out to be in great condition internally

Includes,
-Pettit Racing supercharger kit
-Kenne Bell 2.1L blower
-12 psi pulley
-Large front mount heat exchanger
-Lower intake manifold spacers (needed for large blower)
-New MAF
-New Throttle body
-New K&N Filter
-Cobb Accessport with custom tunes
-Snow performance meth injection system
-Dash gauge pod with AEM AFR / Boost / Oil Press gauges
-LS ignition coils / MSD plug wires
-Aluminum tig welded aftercooler tank

Is this on a series 1 or 2? I’ve got a 2010 R3 I’m modding and trying to decide wether to go turbo or supercharger. This is a hell of a deal as you said

This was on a series 1, ive been trying to think of reasons why the setup would not work on a series 2 but I cant think of any currently..

I might have that pulley lying around somewhere. If you want to do a stage 1 install, and that's the only thing holding you back, let him know, I'd be willing to ship it to help the sale.

i’d definitely be interested in that. I plan on purchasing a supercharger in the spring as I don’t have the cash right now... doing a rebuild this spring.

If all works out and you have not sold it by February I am definitely interested. I am only about half hour north of Indianapolis. With the holidays coming up my wife would castrate me for even posting this. After my first set of twins birthday I should have the leeway with my wife.

My wife and I tried not to laugh.

Just feeding the temptation here, but... Does the "kit" in the original post include everything needed to install it (i.e. supercharger, heat exchanger, spacers, Cobb, etc.)? I'm assuming the "extras" means the meth kit, dash pod and gauges, ignitions stuff, etc? It's not real clear what you're including for the $4999.

Yes for $4999 you would receive the full supercharger setup with the upgraded larger compressor, upgraded heat exchanger and pump, pulley, belt, new couplers, new air filter, spacers, hoses.

Everything needed to bolt into the car.

The extra parts includes the cobb accessport with tune, 2 sets of gauges / pods, meth injection system, aluminum heat exchanger coolant tank, d585 ignition coils / plug wires, etc.

Id be willing to sell the cobb accessport by itself with the kit for a few hundred more.

Won't the Cobb be "married" to your car, meaning it would have to be wiped to install in another car? I use Versatuner, so my AP understanding may be off. Just trying to clarify. The basic setup is tempting...

No you can "unmarry" the accessport from the car which I already did, then you just plug it into any Rx8 and "Marry" it to that car.

Some tuners lock a tune to a specific car though like MazdaManiac I know does. So the tune itself on the cobb can be vehicle specific but not the Cobb Accessport unit.

Still available? I'm interested in just the kit without the extra parts.
