*laughs* oh...OH! so that's what happens when you drop a few bolts in there! :D

(maybe running a bit of hydrochloric acid will help dissolve them...)

just posted this in a thred- thought it pertinent to this discussion as well

this is the time of year when we start getting "my tpms light came on for no reason" threads. watch for them. the first post will say something like
" something is wrong with the TPMS. the light was on most of my way to work this morning but when i checked the PSI at work they were all fine. anyone else have this PROBLEM? i hate all these problems the car has"
they'll be a dozen of these by the end of the month. oh and of course its frothy dipstick thread time too.

Think the TPMS guy really had a low or flat tire?

I just had a flat and couldn't tell from walking around the car. Pretty obvious if you payed attention when you drove though.

Yeah, I long for the olden days when mostly useful info was posted. This site was really useful before I bought in 2004.

I will go back to being a lurker again....

Why don't the moderators act like men and delete all the whiner threads?

I agree with DOMINION and I think I won't hide a dead fish under his carpet in the trunk at Seven Stock this year.

hey Dom, is this a bad place to post my MPG Excel spreadsheet??? (really, I actually have one) HAHAAHA!!!

The mods are underpaid and overworked, that's probably why we keep getting all these threads. LOL@ Zoom: oh no, I can't believe it's TPMS time already...didn't we JUST get finished with that??

well as Fred said earlier because its a damned if we do and damned if we dont situation. but i agree. lately i have been kind aworn down by everything and havent been doing much if any actual moderating. its exhausting trying to keep everything reined in. now that im getting a sort of second wind i will be more pro-active. of course there will be cries of discrimination because i was not doing as much enforcement before etc etc.

Jedi- less than 24 hours after i posted that TPMS line we had our first TPMS thread of the season.
