R3 2009

Hi people.

I need some help having big issues.

My r3 has been working perfect before and after all mods i had.
Car is manual, done 39k been service and everuthing reg. Spark plugs not even 100 miles old. Upgraded starter, brand new battery. Rotary revs coil and lead upgrade. Sports cat big bore, japspeed manifold. Just fitted second hand 02 sensor.

Right problem is changed the stock pump to denso fast flow pump. Fit try after fit car ran then died after 5-6 seconds. Now the car wont turn over, cranks fast and strong but doesnt even show signs of catching.
Ive gone through just about every deflooding procedure there is. Tried car on jump leads to taking plugs out cleaning them spraying oil in champers to lubricating the rotors. I ran my bluetooth diagnostic on it and says fuel loop open fault 1, heater circuit low? And before ive out the 02 sensor in it has all cat faults too.
Im at a lose here as really sure what do next. Ive tested all fuses, checked power at fuel pump. Pulled fuel line off at from engine cranked and fuel comes out. The car just cranks and cranks. Smoke does car coming out from exhaust now too.

Anyone help me figure this one out...

I would refit the stock pump and see what happens then . You may have fuel flow at the engine but do you have pressure ?

Fuel out of the line doesn’t tell you anything useful like whether the pump is supplying enough flow/pressure. Did you confirm flooding by pulling the sparkplugs? Also there was no need to change the pump for those mods. The factory S2 pump can supply enough fuel for a medium size turbo setup.

I’m not aware of a “upgraded starter” for an S2 either ...

When removing the spark plugs yes they had strong smell fuel when pulled out. Did however clean up and turned car over few times try let if any fuel out but no luck. Meant to say a new starter motor just the fast crank but thats pretty much standard in r3. Fuel pressure no thats something ive not managed to do yet. Havent got the tool or a gauge, i have also put the old pump back in and replaced the sock filter. What i fount when testing the spark plugs i got to T1 soon as the car was cranked it coughed :/
