2009 rx8 gt misfires when first start the car
 

I have a 2009 rx8 with 228,000km , car misfires when first starting the car after seating for 1-2 days. Coils, spark plugs , wires been replaced, compression test good. Need help does anyone had encounter this problem,? Thinking leaking injectors ??.. Code P0301 cylinder 1 misfire..

First, wrong thread, but that is ok!

Second, I don't really know that much about diagnosing these problems as some of the other people, but based on what I have read the first thing I would suspect would be the spark plugs and ignition coils. I have no idea what else would be causing this.

There are a few things that you may want to look into that could be causing a misfire:

1. Coils and plugs (which you said you replaced)
2. MAF sensor (more rare that this would contribute to a misfire, but possible. Make sure it is clean, use maf sensor cleaner)
3. Fuel Pump - I haven't seen too many S2's have their fuel pumps fail, but then again I haven't seen too many S2's with as many miles as you. What I would try and do is get a reading of your idle fuel pressure if possible.
