2009 R3 turns over but will not start

It turns over, but doesn't start. I assumed it was the battery, hasn't been replaced in a few years. Tried jumping it off, no luck, same issue. I hook it up to a battery charger for a while, charger gives me the A OKAY GREEN LIGHT. Still doesn't start, turns over at the same rate, but no start! I followed the instructions for starting a flooded engine and still had no luck. Any ideas?

Assuming the compression is good, and the starter spins at about 300 RPM when cranking(you can hook up an OBD2 reader to get that), then I would start checking the ignition components, like the spark plugs and coils. When were they last replaced?

If they check out, then you need to look at the fuel delivery system. Also, check for any vacuum leaks.

How many miles has your R3 done..
Yep, spark plugs and coils then leads in that order.

You are getting fuel (FUEL PUMP) look at fuse. (long shot)

When did this engine last run? Is the gas in it fresh? Did it have any symptoms when it did last run?
Pull the plugs, clean them off.
Replace ignition coils if they're of unknown age.

If the engine is cranking then it is likely a fuel or spark issue. Mileage is a key factor on this one. If the car has 30K miles or more on the coils and/or plugs then they are the likely reason.

Thanks for all the responses. It was just the spark plugs.
