Air vent upper+floor mode issue

I have noticed that the amount of air coming out of air vents are really uneven in the upper+floor mode. There is a lot of more air coming out of the floor vent, but very little comes out of the upper vents. This means sometimes, my feet will be ice cold when I still feel like my upper body is burning.

The upper vents put out plenty of air in the upper-vent-only mode, and the floor vents put out plenty in the floor-vent-only mode.

Is this normal? Is there a way to adjust it?

I've been wondering the same. I do believe its like that for everyone. It has a lot to do with the shape of the ducts themselves. So I believe it would be impossible to adjust with out completely removing the dash and making a custom air duct that dispersed the air more evenly between the floor and upper ducts

Thanks for the input. So this is just the factory setting?

Kinda sucks. Oh well, it's not really a huge issue, just curious if anyone else has it.
