Fried bose amp

Hi guys. I have been posting on other threads to ask about this but i think its better to make new topic. I have a 2009 rx8. I dont know if its factory problem but my bose amp blew up. I been trying to buy new one from here but there has been no luck. And new one is over 800 usd. Im from chile latinamerica so thats a lot of money here.
Anyway. I bought a clarion 4 ch amp with all the cables. I installed on the car but here is my question.
The wires i have to connect to the new amp are those entering the bose rear amp? There are a lot of cables. I dont know if i have to connect the cables direct signal or the output cables. I dont understand.
For example. The rear speakers colours entering the bose harness are G/O, B/O for left rearand gray/red, brown/read for right rear. But colours connected directly on rear speakers are left rear violet/ pink and right rear blue white/ blue black. So here is my confussion. I have to connect the direct signal to new amp? Please help me. Sorry for my poor english
