Impatient? Or just confused.

Alright, Doing all kinds of research and I have emailed plenty of websites and have not received a single response. GREAT!

So I'll just ask here....WHEN is a turbo kit going to be out for the 2nd series? If one is out, please point myself and anyone else looking for one in the right direction. Thank you!

Your post has had 50 views so far and no one has replied, so I'll give it a shot.

There isn't a good option for engine tuning for the S2 RX8. The S1 has had multiple piggyback solutions and they were all found to be lacking in one way or another. It wasn't until the AccessPort became available that there was a good way to tune the engine using the cars ECM. These same piggyback modules may be able to be adapted to the S2, however the same problems would exist as there was on the S1. Of course the AccessPort isn't available for the S2.

Until a acceptable tuning solution is available for the S2, there won't be a working turbo kit for the car. The S2 wasn't produced in large enough numbers that it would be profitable for one to produce a solution.

I am not an expert on these things, I only know what I have read on this site over the past 6 yrs. There may be some fine points that I got wrong, but in general, I believe this is the state of things. At least, it will be a starting point for the discussion.

Al is nice.

the reason you got no response is because 317 people have asked this already, in this very forum. so you havent done that much research as you mentioned

since you obviously arent capable of finding this on your own...

every single thread there, including yours, has the same basic questions and answers. if you really searched, you'd find a lot more of that in other areas of the site
