Will a series 1 trunk fit or n a series two

Found a used series 1 that I want to buy and put a spoiler on for some downforce at the track but also like my nice clean factory one for cruising. So I thought to just swap the whole thing for the track days.
should have been more clear and said trunk lid.
Was up for almost 40 hours before typing that. I thought at my age those long stretches were done but I’m must be to dedicate to my job to not do it.
