damn...cool one! i like it. how much does the full aero kit cost? what is the brand for this one? mazdaspeed?

 

I like the front but do they make it for the first gen RX-8? and with out the vents over the oil cooler opening? I dont want anything to block or restrict air flow what so ever. Thats why I'm going to SoCal to check out that knock off MS front. On the MS front there is no vent looking things over the oil cooler openings.

As far as I know this is only for the 09+ RX8s. Japanparts.com can get it for you.

 

The front end looks bloated and over done.

Those black fins are cheap and break easily.

Watach what happens over time. Discoloration.

M'z customs is the company that mazda sourced out to make the mazdaspeed aero goodies for the phase I cars so you have them to thank for the design and everything. which brings up the question...why do you say that it will just bring paint discoloration later on? they're the ones resposible for the first mazdaspeed kit and yet you still talk negatively about them. hm...interesting.

but then again something else i've noticed is some phase II bashing going on in general. having actually OWNED both phases of rx8...i personally like the phase II better and believe that the R3 puts the others to shame as far as handling is concerned. but then again, why believe anyone that's owned both lol

 

It is funny when you post a question in the series II section and someone with a series I bashes you about how there are threads on a topic already. However, when you go into the series II section there is nothing that answers the specific question that you asked.

Anybody know where I can get just the rear bumper skirts from other than japanparts? $414 plus $55 shipping is a bit steep for my blood.

I only want the rear fins but like you say it is a bumer of a price and costs even more to ship to the UK
