no. you would need a GG for those to fit.
and they are staggered. |
K thanks. will somebody post a link where i can buy some nice 18" Black rims with a crome lip for a good price? that look similar to the one's in the link i posted? Thanks.

dont be gay and get black/chrome lip setup.
just settle with the gold on black look with volk sf-challenges in gold. thatll be pimp. |
nah i'm not in to the gold rims..

^Yeah i figured that out, but why wont these rims fit? they are 35mm offset, stock is 50mm. but on the chart it says that the 8 can do 35mm-50mm offsets...is that wrong? if so what offsets should i be looking for?
they'll fit. you just have to roll the rear fenders.
^ yep, I had a +37 offset with a 9.5" wide wheel and I had to roll my rear fenders
what is rolling the rear fenders? does it change the look? and how much does it cost?
it will fit...and if you stretch the tires a little bit, you dont even need to roll your rear fender, and you can also get more negative camber
so if i get them, they will fit, and i won't have to do anything different than if they were the 8.5 in the back?
you can stretch the tires and go more negative camber, but that just wears through the tires quicker. with rolling, some places will flare the fender out a bit, which i find looks wack. roll it without flaring or get it shaved.
you better verify the hub bore diameter, it needs to be at least 67.1mm to fit the RX-8 and it's not listed, seem to recall somebody else with an 8 got screwed on eBay when this happened
9.5" +35 will likely require flattening the rear fender lip extension to prevent rubbing |
