will i have any problems with these rims??

looking on tirerack.com, and it looks to be a direct replacement fit for the stock 06 rx8 rims. just checking on here to make sure i will not need anything more than the rims themselves. just want to put on and go; and go fine. here are the specs of the rims:

Motegi Racing MR118

Size: 18x8
Offset: 45mm
Backspacing: 6.25"
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Rec. Tire Size: 225/45-18
Weight: 23.2lbs.

thanks guys

They will fit fine, but I have a question:

Why would you want wheels the same size stock? Most if not all people get wider wheels than stock when they upgrade. You can get 18x9 +40 rims and 245/40 tires and still have no rubbing issues but the wheels would sit a lot better on the car.

I realise it's because you want to change the look of the car a bit, but getting the same size as stock seems somewhat pointless.

Wider wheels/tires do impart a different feel/response and therefore perhaps he just wants to stay with stock but change the appearance? Plus of course 18x8 is generally less expensive than a wider wheel. I would at least go with 245x40 on a 18x8 +38 tho'.

^Good point. Seems like the wider wheels/tires benefits outweigh the negatives though so I just wanted to make sure he knew he could get wider wheels if he wanted.
