thanks - I was going for concave naturally.

Any feedback on the ET40/30 difference. I suspect i can fit ET40 without any modifications...

Will 19x8 RPF1's with 42mm offset and 235's fit on stock setup? If anyone has any photos, it would be awesome?

Those rpf1 are close to stock sizing. Easy fit

The re amemiya rx8 I don't know the sizing of. I have 18x9.5 +28 with 265/35 but I had to go very low and roll all fenders + remove the rear bumper tabs. That's basically the +30 you ask about. I don't know how low/aggressive you are looking to go. +40 is definitely easier to fit.

I Wish... My not for fun drives revolve around speed bumps... Entrance to the Naval base, apartment complex and the ferry i take almost every weekend to visit home. Plus i really like showing some meat of the tires i think it looks tight as ****.

In fact i will probably go -1 inch to -1,5 in the back and up to 2 in front. I will put 245/35/19 tires on it.

Now if i need to do a lot to fit ET30 maybe it will be wiser to get ET40 and maybe use spacers.. however i am not a fun of spacers... And ET30 should provide nice concave look.

I am pretty familiar with fender roll, but I am not too sure about removing the bumper tabs - can you please paste a picture (I was trying to find it in this thread/forum but no luck).

265 is pushing it. 255 will work fine for the rear, shouldn't have any rubbing issues since you're just on springs.

Alright guys. Looking at some wheels from a guy with a G35. 19x9 +29 and 19x10.5 +26. Would a 245/35 on the front and 265/35 in the back door be an issue after, of course, rolling my tabs and cutting my fenders?

Those are some nice easy sizes . I woulda picked them up if they were nice. I hope you didn't decide against them for fitment reasons. 265/35 is def doable but not if you want to be slammed. I would go with a 255/35 to minimize any kinda of rubbing issues that could occur.

They are Maya Gr5 3-pieces. I wouldn't be able to come and go from my subdivision if I was too low. If I don't get the right angle the factory front scrapes the entrance on S-techs.

17x9.75 +25 all 4 corners on megan racing springs. Maybe adding Koni Yellows next.

I was thinking Hankook Ventus RS-3 255/40/17

I already rolled my fenders.

Any rubbing issues?

You don't have all the info but I can say that's not appropriate for an rx8

why the hell would you run a 205/50/17 on an rx8 under ANY circumstance?? iirc, even the 04' AT's run 215/50/16...
