Wheel Spacers

Does anyone know of any universal wheel spacers that fit the RX8?

Cheers

define fit? universal spacers may fit onto the hub but it doesn't necessarily mean they will be safe, you ideally want hubcentric spacers to correctly take the load from the wheel or youl sheer the studs of.

Personal opinion: Stay AWAY from spacers... Just had to help a friend that one if the spacers broke while on the move, it just looked so bad

I think spacers are for looks, not really functional, as defined by others.

people who don't know what they're doing can screw anything up

plenty of racers use them and not hubcentric either, they aren't crashing and burning that I know of (including me)

in general though it's better to have the proper offset wheel, but there are valid reasons to use them even though your reason probably isn't, you can't use more than 3mm thick on a universal slide on type because the OE wheel studs can't handle anything more. To go wider you need the type that bolt on and have their own studs for attaching the wheel or longer racing studs.

there are numerous threads on the forum regarding this subject, please use the search function before starting a new thread that only adds clutter

Sure would be great if there was a sticky thread for spacers...

if would be nicer if new people would review the sticky threads at the top and see that there is ....
