hellaflush is a different subject, unless you change the suspension pickup points or arm lengths the distance from the wheel/axle center to the fender lip directly correlates to the angles of the suspension arms. Lowering past the optimum angle = major fubar

perhaps the service manual is good enough for the people questioning this ...

Way I see it, is we are just guaging different ride heights from others. Some people prefer their rides to be lower, for looks; Some prefer their rides to be set at a height that still has performance advantages. Either way, these are personal preferences. No need to bash another guy for his own personal preference. I agree that it does not have it's performance advantages, but if you ask me it seems like he is going for more looks than performance. And I think it looks damn good! haha.

Man, you really need to relax and enjoy life once in a while. Stop taking everything so seriously.

it's your right to be as foolish as you want trying to emulate some kind of phony appearance, but it's also my right to call BS to try and educate anyone smart enough to listen. Is it really wise to entice some kid into excessively lowering a car that some people complain rubs too much over speed bumps etc at the OE ride height? Putting it on the bumpstops for a car show is one thing. Trying to convince people it's cool for the street is something else. My competition RX8 slaps the subframe on the pavement over large dips @ 12.5" ride height. It is not an enjoyable street experience. It never fails that there is always somebody trying to up the ante by rubbing the frame rails on the ground or have the wheels stick out 3" past the fender while using a tire that is only 1/2 as wide and -5 deg camber like that is supposed to mean anything other than proving how ridiculous they can be.

and I enjoy life plenty because I am LMAOWTFBBQ at them every day plus this started with me making an innocuous post and could have stayed that way except people just like you can't let it go any more than I can two to tango and all that jazz

Anyway, over on ClubRoadster.net there is an actual discussion about trying to rig up inline skate wheels that mount under the frame rails, rediculousness!
