they couldnt align my car WTF
 

so i go to a shop by my house cause the car was pulling to the right a lil and i bought new tires 2 months ago so i go in they put it on the ramp then they are looking at it and after 5 mins they come up to me and say they cant do it cuz they dont find some thing. i was like WHAT!!!!!!..............i should have left when tey asked my is it a V6 or V8.....FAIL

go to a new shop?

I had the same thing. They used a computerized alignment machine. Basically I told them "look, why dont' you try it again, I know it's a normal car and the alignment is fairly close to where it should be....etc etc." They tried again and it was fine.

have them take it off the ramp then put it back on

Do they change oil?

Did they charge you? At least they're being honest. Sometimes it's the road that makes your car turn like that. Or could be just imagination hahaha

Do your own alignments. Shops suck. And alignment racks can be way off.
