Rough Ride on Concrete Roads

Just got an RX8 - 6 speed with the sport package. I'm not used to the rougher ride, especially on concrete streets/highways. What can be done to adjust the rough ride...or is it something I just need to get used to? I don't mind the ride on short trips...but it gets old on longer freeway trips.

Any suggestions??

Thanks

Thats about it, get used to it. You will find some lanes are worse then others. You will find that there are more ways to get there then you thought. Try other roads, black top is best. Sorry there is no real fix. You can change the tire pressure a little, but not much help and its not a good idea. I got use to it pretty quickly, give it a chance....

I had the same ride feel in the RX-8 as I did in my old Celica GT-S. It is hard to get used to, but it'll go away when you do the 6-4 shift Lock & Load was talking about (thanks for the tip L&L). :D

Something else to consider is the stock tires are rather noisy. When they wear down enough to be replaced (or unless you have the money and just wish to upgrade) you'll notice a quieter ride with better tires. Check the tire reviews but the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 rates very well for performance, ride quality and low noise on the road.
