Progress Technology Swaybars Help
i just finished installing my swaybars but now when ever i hit a pot hole no matter how small i hear a knocking sound on both sides of the car (front) any help out there :banghead:

did you tighten your endlinks? you have to use an allen wrench (forgot what size) and 14mm wrench... also, check your sway bar brackets.
being a noob sucks lol........ill recheck tomarrow
It could be that the bars are hitting the a-arm. Check for marks on the bar or the a-arm. If that is the case, you will need to get adjustable endlinks.
must be because everything is checking out ok
did you put it on upside down?
that or like previously stated they arent tightened enough. I suggest that you get a torque wrench and actually torque them to spec instead of just guessing with such a vital part of your car |
the front bar goes in either way.
