Powder coat with lip
 
Im thinking about Powder Coating my stock rims wet black with a wet electric blue lip, with Bright Electric Blue calibers, how do you think this would look, and im sure someone has already do this, does anyone have a picture?

um, i think it would be easier if you just powder coated the wheel black FIRST. then just apply a blue pin stripe tape.

he means the outside perimeter of the stockers.

lol i knew i shouldve been more clear, lol i meant the outer edge, like have them tape it off then just powder coat the edge of it

you should use Dan's idea. you can't just tape it off and powdercoat the "lip."
