need help with project - rotor issue

1 Attachment(s)
So what started out as a simple brake pad replacement is, like any project I start, beginning to turn into a complete system overhaul. In the works is:

RP SS clutch line
RP SS brake lines
Hawk HPS pads
(Turn front rotors)
Repaint Calipers
New tires (Potenza S-03 Pole Position)

This is a work in progress and going to work around school and work over the next week to hopefully have this done by the weekend. The first step I am working on is to remove the front rotors to have them turned at a local shop. Here is the problem I have encountered:

With the Pads: is it normal that the inside pad had about 5% life while the outside still had 50-60% on the front? pads are OEM with 40K mi.

With the Rotors
First off, the two phillip screws that hold the rotor in place are missing.
As a result, I the wheel studs were torqued and had to straighten them out with a hammer to remove the FR rotor.
Now I can not remove the FL rotor, or even budge it. Any tips on how I might remove the rotor (yes the caliper is already removed for the smart ass out there)

I tried hammering it in every direction and i did not budge at all. now what?

I have searched and came up empty handed, and any advise would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Edit: some brute force with hammer and a block of wood knocked it loose, thanks for the help

Probably corroded on...have to give it a whack with a big dead blow hammer:)

what about the missing screws, how big of an issues is this and are they necessary?

The screws just hold the rotor in place when the wheel is off, but once out, you can use the holes for "jack bolts" to force the rotor off.

Thanks for the help, i did not have a rubber mallot so took a small block of wood and hammered it from the back and broke it loose. I was just timid of hitting it too hard, but this time brute force worked out.

I'll keep everyone posted on the progress
