Help me decide?

ok...so winter is over here in Michigan and i decided to get some new rims.

did some looking around the site for ideas, peoples favorites and so on.
im loving the Work Emotion 11R's but not digging the $300+ per wheel.

im not cheap, (ok maybe i am?) just wasn't looking to spend that much currently.
now i hate to even say this...BUT my local Pep boys has some bad ass "looking" wheels called "proline alloy", some no-name brand, but the design is sick as hell, in my opinion. for the 18's its like 110 per wheel or something. has anybody even heard of these?

are they total crap? if so, any other suggestions?

i got an 05 blk/cherry shinka
pic attached is of 16"

Whatever drifts you. Do you know the weight of that wheel? A heavier wheels is more likely cheaper than a lightweight wheels. It's all about lightweight on an rx8.

yeah, well since there no name rims there is no info on the web....pepboys site displays the bolt pattern width, ext, but no weight. i call them up and they have no clue...
they wanted me to call back when someone "educated" was there....i could not stop laughing..

EDIT:
so i called a couple more places, and thy said theres no way to tell me the weight?
spec for rims are as follows

Size: 8x18"
Offset: 35
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3"

Get the rotas if you don't feel like paying 300 a wheel. u can powdercoat them later

$440 for a complete set of wheels? Shit, some people spend more than that on centercaps + lug nuts!

I would recommend saving up some more doh until you can get the wheels you truly desire from a reputable manufacturer.
