Best methods for shipping tires

I've been asked for a quote for my tires that I have to sell but don't know what would be the best way in packaging it or shipping it. These are stock tires that I'm sending out. I've thought about putting all 4 in a box but might not be efficient. Any suggestions anyone?

have bought a lot of tires from the tire rack over the last 25 years.. that is how they do it... unless you get rims.. then they add cardboard..

btw... the williams f1 avatar... interesting for next year..

Too bad about Cosworth, but hopefully Toyota helps them sort out some reliability problems and they finish better this year.

when i shipped tires, i just went with ups. they put the label directly onto the tire and shipped. One tire per "package" was the cheapest cause with two it ended up being a bigger "container" that weighted more.. I think it was about $25/tire

We always bundle 2 of them together at work. its generally cheaper than shipping them individually, though not always depending on the size of the tire and the shippin location.

FedEx Ground is cheapest, bundled two each
