Anyone familiar w/ zoom tires?

A friend of mine is looking for tires and came across Zoom Tires in El Monte, Ca.
They seem to only advertise on craigslist, and considering im gonna be looking to buy myself tires soon id like to know if anyknow can give good feedback about zoom tires.
