235/40 R18 W tires.... will fit RX8?
I have an opportunity to purchase a set of Sunfull (made in China) tires that are 235/40R 18 W rated. I know that the tires on my 2005 RX8 are Bridgestone 225/45R18 91W. What I was wondering if any one can advise me as to whether these Sunfull tires will fit my RX8 with out any issues. The Sunfull tires are a little Wider on the tread and slightly shorter on the height.

yea it will fit. Have you done any research on this tire by Sunfull? Haven't even heard the brand before. Is it DOT approved?

I saw these new Sunfull tires at the Pickering Flea Market yesterday. Unable to find anything on the internet about them. I was told the that Sunfull is made in China like 90% of all other tires. The guy selling them said they would fit on my RX8. Differences in size are marginal from the stock. Sunfull are a high performance tires that really do look good, aggressive tread pattern, and are priced well. $480.00 tax included for the four. More research needs to be done on my part before I decide to purchase.

18" name brand tires are very affordable, I would skip these even for $300/set. |
They will fit without problems, however i wouldn't fit them to my rx8. Craptastic tyres are the best way to ruin a car's handling.

personally i wouldn't even fit them onto my winter beater. Thats is like using recycle oil.
