Won't start, have spark, have fuel... ideas?

I'm running an '04 RX-8. Turbocharged. Interceptor-X ECU. BUR-9EQ spark plugs. OEM wires. I flooded her (really) bad in November, and had her towed home. Didn't try to start her for a while, because I was frustrated, and it was winter. She doesn't see the road for about 3-4 months or so.

I've been trying on and off to get her started for a couple weeks; I've gone through a complete deflood process, everything. One time during that deflood process, I actually did get her started, but then she stalled and it was different since then.

The only sound that the car makes when I try to turn it is completely identical to the sound the car makes when I remove the fuse to the Interceptor-X; i.e. it sounds like it's not getting any fuel to the engine. This happens whether the fuse for the Interceptor-X is in or not.

I've removed the feeding fuel line, verified that there is fuel flow to the engine (this included my roommate being a dork and catching a face full of fuel. Lots of laughs at his expense), I've verified that the coil is working (removed a plug wire from spark plug, attached it to a spare plug I had, set spare plug & wire on a ground, turned engine in the dark, saw the spark), and several more attempts at doing a deflood. Absolutely nothing changes except the garage smells like gas whenever I attempt a deflood.

Please, any ideas would be awesome! Do you guys thing somehow the Interceptor-X is toast? Is something else wrong? What else can I check/do?
