I put Redline in my 6 Speed and diff. The mechanic and i both noticed right away that it is easier to shift now. So, I definitely recommend putting synthetic, whatever brand you choose, in at least the tranny. The tranny takes 2 qts and the diff 1qt of their respective fluids.
