SS Clutch line
Ok well ive been doing some reading but i cant really seem to find the best answer for me. just like alot of you im sure, ive been having some grinds, they used to be random, 1-2 4-5 -2-3 now its just 1-2 the rest went away oddly, i replaced my tranny oil with royal purple synchromax. the grinds all went away. then it started happening again. only 1-2. it started getting progressively worse. 7krpm or higher grind. 6k 5k and now at just a little over 4k rpm it grinds. its a pretty nasty one too. so what im wondering is alot of people tell me it could be clutch, clutch pedal adjustment, my clutch line. so i decided to look into a SS clutch line, will a ss clutch line help or ease up the grinds? at all or any.

you know what "grinds" my gears... nothing...
Have you had your transmission checked? How many miles? Original clutch? Clutch line wont stop you from grinding, it just gives a little firmer feel when pressing pedal down. |
havent had it professionally checked. 57k miles new motor new clutch at about 42k miles

Synchro's would be my guess, if new oil helped for a little bit then it occurred again. Does it happen when u slam it into gear or when u ease it in.

when i ease it into gear. i got pissed and slammed it in and it went in just fine lol. if anything just a little grind when i slam it in. like easing it in on a scale of 1 - 10 of a grind would be like a 7-9 and slamming would be like 1-2
