so much for great customer service
took my car in today cause my visor broke and there is some staining inside of my left headlight from condensation it looks like
and it turns out im over manufacturers warranty so they guy at the dealership couldnt do anything, but he told me to call mazda customer service and talk to them so i call up mazda and the lady asks what i want i tell her and all she did was tell me in S.O.L. so much for the great customer service i have heard so much about i understand im over warranty but she didnt even try to help /end rant |
It sucks when things go wrong with your car, but if it is out of warranty, do you expect the dealer to repair/replace for free?
|
Yup, out of warranty.
Same thing happened to me. But I understand.....they can't warranty everything for life. And considering they just extended the engine warranty, I really can't complain. What better customer service can there be placing the most expensive component of the car back into warranty? I would much rather have an engine replaced than a $160 visor. |
I think Mazda is poor enough if they aren't going to replace out of warranty visors which you may or may not have broken yourself too (not pointing fingers, just stating their amount of insight in your situation).

You're out of warranty, I dont see why u're even complaining.
|
no kidding. you cant get everything for free. sometimes you just have to hush up and pay for it.

Talk to Paul at Mazmart. He can hook you up with a new visor at a great price.
