Rear bumper aero flares coming off

Hey guys, I was curious if anyone here knew whether or not these flares were held on by glue originally or not. It seems well fastened at its base in the wheel well, but it's starting to stick up as you can see in these images.

Thanks a ton.

Screws (if installed properly) and 3m tape. You can use windshield sealer but I would remove them and put fresh 3M tap on them.

Thanks 9k, so the 3M tape goes where it's sticking up in my photos there? I think it's properly screwed in still

Yep, just get the thin type or if you get the regular you will have to trim it. Don't put it too close to the edge or you will see it. And get some of those plastic adjustable clamps from harbor frieght or something to hold it for a while so it stick tight.

3M VHB tape is strong as hell.
