Problems after checking fuses
 

My CEL came on, went to Autozone and the reader would not read the codes. They said it was probably a fuse that was bad. Came home and checked all of the fuses. After this my traction control icon stays lit while the DCS light flashes. I checked those fuses again and they are fine. I disconnected the battery and the CEL is no longer on. Now, the DCS and traction control are still on and the ABS light is also on. Also, when I went to take it out of the driveway it showed that the handbrake is still engaged even though it is not. Any one with similar problems? Help would be greatly appreciated.
